Send us your business plan. Five red-team roles interrogate it. 48 hours.
You get back a KEEP / MODIFY / KILL matrix across seven sections, three ranked fatal-flaw candidates with the test that would confirm each, and three next actions your team can start on Monday. Written by the same engine we run on our own plans before we commit money.
Order a ReviewHow it works
You send the plan by email. Any format we can read (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, plain text). We run five independent adversarial roles against it: the Skeptic, the Devil's Advocate, the Constraint Auditor, the Evidence Inquisitor, and the Outcome Historian. Each role reviews the plan against seven canonical sections. Their outputs are synthesised into a single verdict per section, ranked by inter-role disagreement so you can see where consensus is strong and where it is weak.
You get back a branded PDF and HTML report, plus the executive summary in the body of the delivery email. Turnaround is 48 hours on the Standard tier, quicker for Express, longer for Deep. If we cannot meet the deadline for any reason, we refund.
Tiers
Express
One lead role (Skeptic or Devil's Advocate). Top three sections graded. Best for pre-seed one-pagers and early founders wanting a sharp read.
Pay nowStandard
The full five-role review across all seven sections. This is the flagship. The three samples on this page are Standard-tier deliverables.
Pay nowDeep
Standard plus a 60-minute follow-up call, a rewritten executive summary in your voice, and a targeted evidence-gathering brief.
Pay nowRetainer
Two Standards plus one Deep per quarter, plus one 30-minute ad-hoc call per month. For repeat operators, VCs pre-DD-ing portfolio, and iterative fundraising rounds.
Pay nowThree sample reports (public plans, anonymised)
These are Standard-tier reports run on three real, publicly-filed business plans, anonymised so you can read the analytical rigor without needing to know which specific target. One is a well-known failure. One is a successful IPO. One is a composite in the Australian junior-explorer sector, live and unresolved. Every word in the role excerpts and the synthesis is from the actual engine run.
Sample A — commercial real-estate operator (US, 2019)
Filed for IPO on a "space-as-a-service" thesis and USD 3T TAM. Five roles converge on a duration-mismatch fatal flaw. Report predicts collapse; public record confirms it.
Sample B — consumer marketplace (US, 2020)
Filed for IPO after a pandemic-year revenue decline. Five roles produce a mixed verdict: real moat evidence bundled with under-disclosure. Priced above range; publicly listed.
Sample C — junior mineral explorer (AU, composite)
Composite ASX-listed junior-explorer IPO prospectus, gold and critical minerals. Five roles flag underfunded 24-month runway, non-proprietary moat, and D&O gap.

Plans are processed under our Terms and Privacy Policy; we don't retain your documents after delivery unless you opt into the casebook.
What we do not do
We do not give legal advice, financial advice within the meaning of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), or auditor-style assurance. We do not endorse product-market fit or make investor introductions. We do not store your plan text beyond the delivery lifecycle unless you opt in to the casebook. If a plan is obviously fraudulent, illegal, or targets vulnerable populations, we flag it and refund.
Who runs the engine
PlanCrucible is a product of HarLin Consulting Pty Ltd, an Australian company. The engine has been used inside HarLin's own operations since 2026 and is the same one HarLin runs on its own plans before it commits capital. The synthesis you read in the samples is the engine, not marketing prose.
